ABC Polymers, Inc. is full service recycler of Post-Industrial scrap. In addition to purchasing Post Industrial scrap, we also offer Tolling Services that include granulation, certified destruction, and repelletizing of almost any type of plastic, in any form. With 4 granulators and 2 extruders, ABC Polymers, Inc. can process your material in a timely manner, and have it back to you within a week’s time in most cases. With the arrival of a new reclaim line in June 2008, ABC Polymers, Inc. will be able to repelletize as well as compound a wide variety of plastics (PE, PP, PC, Nylon, ABS, Acrylic, PC ABS, PS, etc.).

Pelletizing

ABC Polymers, Inc. can handle your material in many different forms including: Cut film, Baled film, film on Rolls, Regrinds, Fluff, Foam, Film Grade chunk, parts, or pellets. With our metal detector, magnets, and high mesh screens we can filter all of the contamination out of your product and return to you a clean, usable pellet. Please call us for a rate per pound and shipping capabilities. Also, feel free to send us a sample of what you need pelletized, so we can verify that we can, in fact, reprocess it.

Granulation

With our 4 shredder/granulators we process plastic pallets, totes and bins, log chunk, stadium seats, kayaks, parts, and so on. Each granulation line is complete with metal detectors, magnets, or both giving us the capability to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metals from your material before returning it to you. Please send us a sample of what you would like ground, and we’ll let you know if it is a cost effective solution to your recycling needs.

Certified Destruction

ABC Polymers, Inc. can certifiably destroy a wide range of products. Whether your product needs to be ground, shredded, or extruded, we can handle most any destruction task.

Lab Testing

Having problems figuring out what material you have or what characteristics your material may possess? Our FTIR scanner will tell us not only what type of material you have, but also what fillers or copolymers may be in your material as well. We also have a plastometer to determine Melt Flow Index and a densimeter to determine specific gravity/density of a product. Please contact Scott Bacik if there is something you need tested.
